Please follow these steps before asking for help, you will be surprised how often it is something simple.

Can't log in:

2. Check your device is connected to the router and you are connected to the internet

3. Check your sub has not expired

4. check your URL is correct

5. Make sure the app installed and your device is up to date

6. Check that you do not have a VPN connected

7. Check that your content blocks are OFF, you can do so here: https://phuketiptv.com/turning-off-isp-blocks

8. Turn off your router and device for 5 -10 mins

9. Check Updates regarding issues

 

Channel/VOD content buffering/not playing/audio issues:

1. Check your internet connection

2. If possible, change Player to VLC

3. Update Playlist

4. Check that your content blocks are OFF, you can do so here: https://phuketiptv.com/turning-off-isp-blocks

5. Check that the channel is supposed to be live (UFC/NBA/NFL Passes only live at time of event)

6. Restart the app

7. Restart your device

8. Turn off your router and device for 5-10 mins

9. Check Updates regarding issues
